Your 2025 Tax Assessment

Have you received your property tax assessment yet? Assessment notices are arriving across Metro Atlanta, and it's important to review yours carefully. If you're not sure whether the county's value aligns with the current market, I can provide recent sales from your neighborhood to help you evaluate it.

If the assessed value appears higher than it should be, Campbell & Brannon's Tax Services Division may be able to help you file an appeal. Keep in mind that appeals must be submitted within 45 days of the date on your notice, so timing is important.
